Dear Class Members,

Due to scheduling at hotels in the Ramsey area we have had to make modifications (better known as Plan B) in our reunion plans for next year. The date and location have changed. The reunion will now be held the weekend of;

September 24, 25 and 26th of 2010
Hilton Hotel
Woodcliff Lake, NJ

The upside is the Hilton has a much nicer banquet room than the Doubletree and also gives us the possibility of having our cocktail hour outside under Woodcliff Lake's sky. Can we actually see the stars in New Jersey?

Presently the reunion committee requests a deposit of seventy-five ($75.00) dollars. This amount will be credited towards the per person charge referred to in the next paragraph. This will enable us to place a "real hold" (deposit) on the reunion banquet room as well as giving your reunion team a good accounting of the number of people planning to attend. Right now the Hilton is holding the facility on a "hand shake" only. Please make your check payable to Jean Hildebrandt or Janice Rehain ASAP, and send it to the address below;

A firm cost has been established. The banquet room will be $95.00 per classmate and $90.00 per spouse. The amount above will cover your cocktail hour, your meal, a remembrance booklet, banquet room and any other smaller room if required. The individual room rate has not been determined at this time. As soon as we know the Hilton's room rate for our group, we will send that information asking you to call the Hilton directly to give them a credit card number to reserve a room, if you plan to stay at the hotel. We're writing this note as early as possible so as to allow everyone time to set monies aside if that is a requirement.
